2 Sided Printing (on a MAC) Revisted

You may have noticed a few more MACs in the Library of late. We know we are going to be asked a few more questions about how to do basic jobs. The first one will always be How do I print double-sided?”

Easy! Here are the steps you need to take.… Activate the print pop-up box by

  • Going to file > print, OR
  • Using key strokes Command key  + P
  • Select from the third box Layout
  • Select from the sixth box Two-Sided Long-Edge binding, the default is set to OFF
  • Press Print.

That’s it – happy printing!
